Totally’s Infamous Voodoo Chile
Voodoo Chile

Amount Ingredient Name Description
4 pounds Protein rich substance
4 medium onion Chopped
8 cloves of garlic minced
4 pounds tomatoes cut up
4 pounds red kidney beans
3 cup tomato juice (you could have a V-8!)
16 ounces green chili peppers (rinsed, seeded and chopped)
4 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 cups water
4 teaspoons Salt
8 teaspoons paprika
4 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 drops of favorite hot sauce
4 teaspoons Sugar

Note: Recipe ingredients have been scaled by 0.5

Steps

1. In large saucepan cook protein rich substance , onion and garlic until (done?) then add everything else. Then simmer until ready (at least a half-hour). I usually double the recipe and serve over some form of pasta. (yum...yum!)
